We commonly work with women navigating hormone imbalances, gut health issues, blood sugar concerns, and autoimmune-related symptoms. This includes conditions like PCOS, IBS, Hashimoto’s, and metabolic imbalances as well as general concerns like low energy, poor sleep, and feeling out of balance.

Every client is different, but we typically recommend working together for at least 3 months. This allows us time to fully understand your body, implement changes, and begin to see meaningful, lasting results.

Yes, when appropriate. Functional lab testing can provide deeper insight into what’s happening in your body and help guide more targeted recommendations. We’ll determine together if testing would be beneficial for your specific situation.

No. The goal is not restriction, but support. We focus on nourishing your body in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, while addressing any sensitivities or imbalances in a thoughtful and individualized way.

At this time, services are offered on a cash-pay basis. Insurance coverage may be available in the future once licensing is complete.
Superbills will be available in the future. In the meantime, clients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for services.

Yes, all sessions are held virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home. Annalise is currently able to work with clients in North Carolina and more broadly via telehealth under supervision.
